We will lock up you or your friend with or without their dog in the Dog Pound. The warden will review the crime and set a final fine. They will need use their cell phone and plead with the crowd to raise money to pay their fine and get out of the Dog Pound. We do encourage you to pre-arrange this so your friend can arrange some donations in advance.
